    1. This was a great read Grabbed you from the first few pages and kept you reading Characters were really interesting and storyline kept you turning pages Like Brenda s other books, this was both captivating and current, using todays world events and social pressures combined with past events to show how they affect the character s lives.

    2. I read this in one sitting, because I refused to go to bed without seeing how it turned out It s a very well written love story and typical of Brenda Stanley s writing She loves to deal in family secrets in this case repressed memories and lessons learned, and Stanley doesn t disappoint The story is a nice blend of women s fiction and sweet romance, mixed with adventure in faraway lands A great read.
